Shipping
Free USPS shipping to all 50 States.
- International orders are welcomed
- Please contact either by e-mail, or by telephone for your international shipping costs.
All orders are shipped USPS from our Studio in Milford, Michigan. Please keep in mind that every order is handcrafted to your specifications, which requires about 2 - 3 weeks to produce. Shipping time is added to this production time.
Rush Orders
Rush Orders are guaranteed to ship within 5 business days. In most cases we can ship faster in an emergency. Please call us for availability at 248.924.1785.
A non-refundable $25.00 fee will apply to all rush orders.
Packaging
Each piece of jewelry comes in its own presentation box tied with our signature ribbon.
Returns
- Items must be returned to us within 10 days of delivery. “This means that you have approximately 5 days in which to examine your jewelry before mailing it back to meet the 10 day deadline”.
- To make a return please e-mail or call us at 248.924.1785 and we will give you instructions for your return.
- We will accept returns for exchanges or store credit. As each piece is customized we are unable to offer refunds.
- Customers are responsible for their return shipping and insurance fees, along with re-expediting costs.
